Richard (Dick) Wall has more than 20 years of experience in training, project management, organization and management assessment, and general management in US government and other donor funded work in developing countries.  He has had extensive experience working with ministry officials and technical-professional staff in a number of countries including Tunisia, Morocco, Egypt, Fiji, Tuvalu, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Thailand, Pakistan, Costa Rica, Haiti, Trinidad and Tobago, Bulgaria, Romania, Republic of Georgia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, the Russian Federation, Moldova, Montenegro, Chad, Mali, Benin, Liberia, Malawi, Senegal, Cameroon, Botswana, Swaziland, Mauritania, Madagascar, Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso, Central African Republic, Kenya, Republic of Guinea, Democratic Republic of the Congo (Zaire), Uganda, Mozambique, Nigeria, Rwanda, Switzerland, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Angola and South Africa.
